Young and changed

Gigolo in Leipzig

In twenty years it turned from a forgotten industrial town into one of the liveliest cities in Germany. Six hours by car.

The city that started over

Leipzig is the best example of a German city that reinvented itself. Where whole streets stood empty in the nineties, there are now studios, cafés and flats. The Spinnerei, an enormous old cotton mill, has become an arts district. And the city stays affordable in a way Munich can’t imagine.

From Amsterdam it’s six hours by car. So this becomes a stay: a night or two days.

What we can do together

The Spinnerei, with galleries in the old factory halls. The Karl-Heine-Kanal, which you can paddle a canoe through or simply walk along. The Thomaskirche where Bach is buried and where the choir still sings. The Völkerschlachtdenkmal, a monument of absurd size. And the Clara-Zetkin-Park for an hour of green.

The Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, which everyone calls Karli, is where the city sits in the evening.

Language

German, English or Dutch. In this student city English works everywhere.

Who I come here for

For women who are married and have missed for years what they don’t say aloud. Just as much for women who have started a second life after a divorce. For widows, in whom mourning and wanting happen at the same time. Just as much for women who live in a smaller place in Saxony and would rather meet here than at home.

And for couples who want to try something new together. Everything that’s possible is set out under my services.

Practical

Six hours’ drive from Amsterdam. The travel-cost amount you hear before a date is fixed, and nothing gets added on top afterward.

No surcharge whatsoever, not at night or on a public holiday, and couples pay no more. Leipzig is strikingly affordable on top of that, which makes a two-day stay here cheaper than a single night in the south.

What such a stay looks like

Usually it starts with an afternoon. Arriving, setting your things down, a walk along the canal and only then eating. That order works better than sitting straight down to a table: walking takes the nerves out of your legs and talking comes easier when you’re side by side.

In the evening there’s no programme. What happens you decide yourself, moment by moment, even if you said one thing yesterday and want something else today.

Changing your mind is allowed

Even when we’re already underway and you travelled all this way for it. Nothing wrong with that, and it doesn’t keep me up at night.

Plans and reality often diverge. Whichever way it goes makes no difference to me, as long as you look back on it well.

If you’re still on the fence

Getting in touch commits you to nothing at all. Some women email me with one question and leave it there. Others get back in touch half a year later.

I don’t push and I send no reminders; my calendar doesn’t need filling.

What it isn’t

There’s no organisation behind me: no catalogue, no agent, no client database. From the first sentence you’re writing with the person who comes later.

And it’s no performance. Your body doesn’t have to look like anything, your age is no objection, and what you want you don’t have to defend here.

What women often say afterward

What comes up first is rarely the physical. What recurs more often is that for two days nothing was required, and that no one watched a clock.

And after that the sigh that it took months before that first message was sent.

What I don’t do

Rushing you. Pretending anything. Working toward something because the sequence says so. Bringing up the booking again when you didn’t ask.

And no, I don’t treat this as something to be quiet about. The women who book me lead, in the vast majority, an utterly ordinary life.

This is how it starts

Get in touch with your town and a period that suits you. For a stay I’m happy to help think through the place.

Wherever you live

Shall we talk first?

Tell me briefly what you have in mind and where you are, and I will see if it fits. No obligations, no hurry, and everything you write stays between us.
