The first time Victor and I met (after we had met each other in a bar) was at a café in Rotterdam. From the first impression I had of him, I knew I could trust him; it probably helped that we both have a background in mental health care. Besides my work as a psychotherapist and trainer, I’ve also spent years gaining experience as a bartender and management consultant. As a management consultant I helped companies optimize their performance and reach their goals, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for improvement.
