Discreet, that goes without saying

Privacy

Discretion isn't an extra with me. It's where everything starts. Below you'll read how I handle your details, why I need them, and how one message makes them disappear again.

In short

Collect as little as possible. Keep it only briefly. Then share it with no one. Everything you tell me stays between us, period.

This statement covers the website gigolo-victor.com and the contact that grows out of it. I’m the one responsible, Victor. You can reach me at hoi@gigolo-victor.com or with a message on +31 6 26233870. Would you rather read the longer explanation first? It’s below, in plain language.

What details I collect

Only what you hand me yourself. Send a message through WhatsApp or the form and I see a name or an alias, a phone number or email address, and whatever you write. That’s where it ends. I really don’t need more than that to answer you.

I never ask for your BSN (the Dutch equivalent of a social security number) or your PIN, and not for your address or your work either. Whatever else you share to make our date good, you share freely, and with exactly as much detail as feels right to you. No more.

What I use them for

For one thing: contact with you. Reading and answering your message, feeling out together whether there’s a click, and planning a date if there is one. No advertising. No reselling, and no list you quietly end up on.

The legal basis is just as simple. You get in touch because you want to know something or want to meet me. Within that arrangement, and nowhere outside it, I handle your details.

Discretion and security

Discretion is the core of my work. So I treat your details the way I treat our dates themselves: they stay between us. Messages sit shielded, on my phone. No one reads along. No one else gets to them.

A message goes through WhatsApp, which has its own security and its own privacy policy, separate from me. If you want contact that’s even more discreet, just say so. Then we’ll find a channel together where you feel at ease.

How long I keep them

As long as our contact runs, and a little while after. Not longer. If it comes to nothing, or you ask me to wipe everything? Then our messages disappear. One message from you and it’s done.

Sharing with others

Never. I work alone, no agency, no middleman. So there’s literally no one I could share anything with. Advertisers get nothing. Data companies get even less. The only conceivable exception is a legal obligation, and even then I give no more than what’s strictly required.

Cookies and the website

This site runs deliberately light. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and I build no profile of your clicking. At most some functional data needed to show a page properly. So you can look around here in peace. No one is looking over your shoulder.

Your rights

They stay your details, from start to finish. You can always ask what I have of yours, have it changed, or have it deleted completely. A message via WhatsApp or an email to hoi@gigolo-victor.com is enough, and I take care of it right away.

Can’t work it out with me? Then you’re free to file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority. Though I hope, of course, that we’re well past that together.

Questions?

Unsure about something, or want to be certain before you send anything? Ask your question through the contact page, or just message me directly. I answer everything. Even that one question you find a little nerve-racking.

  1. What if my children, friends, or colleagues find out?

The chance is small, and you make it smaller yourself. Pay cash and nothing shows on your statement. There’s no name, no address book, no mailing list, and I keep nothing that can be traced back to you. What usually happens in practice: someone tells it themselves in the end, to one friend. And that reaction almost always turns out fine.

  2. Do I have to give my real name?

No. A first name is enough, and it doesn’t have to be your real one. I don’t press for more and I check nothing. I don’t need your surname, address, or work to arrange a date; only if I come to your home do I eventually need an address, and that can be shortly beforehand. Whatever you do share, I don’t keep.

  3. Can I get in touch through an anonymous email address or a second number?

I’d prefer it, honestly. A free email address you use only for this, or a second SIM card, is the most practical way to keep this separate from your everyday life. I don’t find that strange and I won’t ask about it. Just make sure you check that mailbox regularly, otherwise you’ll miss my reply.

  4. Is my privacy and discretion guaranteed?

What happens between us stays between us. Your details go nowhere and I keep nothing that can be traced back to you. Pay cash and nothing appears on your bank statement; by bank transfer it only shows “coaching”. A first name is enough. Photos serve only to recognize each other and I never publish them. That way you stay as anonymous as you want to be.

  5. How do I recognize a provider who works discreetly and safely?

By concrete measures, not by the word discreet itself. Ask how payment works, whether your details are kept, and whether a first name is enough. Safety sits in the same corner: you choose the place and time, you only pay on the spot, and you’re free to let someone know where you are. That last one shouldn’t be up for discussion.

  6. Who guarantees complete anonymity?

Anonymity isn’t a certification mark, so look at what’s actually arranged. Three things decide it: whether you have to give your real name, whether your messages are kept, and whether there’s a way to pay without a trace. If one of the three is missing, “complete” is a big word. With me: a first name is enough, I keep nothing, and cash or Bitcoin works.

  7. What if he blackmails me later or uses my details?

That’s only possible if there’s something to use, and that’s where your protection sits. Don’t give a surname, don’t give an address you don’t have to give, and never let photos or video be made. Pay cash and there’s no transaction. On top of that, with me nothing is kept: no messages, no photos, no file.

  8. I'm a public figure. How anonymous can this stay?

Completely, and for you that just takes a few extra arrangements beforehand. No meeting in a hotel bar where you could be seen, but straight to the room or to your home; arrival and departure separately; I dress like any other man on the street. Want a cover story in case someone asks, then we’ll settle that together.

  9. Will the neighbors or housemates notice anything when you come to my home?

The neighbors see nothing unusual: I arrive quietly, plainly dressed, with nothing that draws attention. To anyone who sees me arrive, I’m simply a visitor. If there are children or housemates at home, we pick a time or a place where you feel free. If home doesn’t feel convenient, a neutral hotel is easily arranged.

  10. How do I search for a gigolo without it showing up in my search history?

Use a private window and don’t log in to your Google account; then the search isn’t linked to your profile. On your phone it works the same way. If you share a device or Wi-Fi with someone else, use mobile data instead of home Wi-Fi, and turn off autocomplete.

  11. Could you recognize me on the street or reach out to me yourself later?

Recognizing you might happen, approaching you I won’t. If I run into you somewhere, I don’t greet you and I act as if we don’t know each other, unless you start. That’s the standard agreement and it holds even years later. Reaching out myself I won’t either: after the aftercare, the next move is yours.

  12. How long do you keep my messages and photos?

I don’t. I delete messages as soon as the date has happened, and photos you send to recognize each other go right after that. They’re stored nowhere, not in a folder and not in a backup. What’s on your own phone stays there, that side is up to you. Want me to wipe something sooner, just say so.

  13. Will I be entered into a client database anywhere?

No. There’s no database and no CRM. No mailing list either, and certainly no list of birthdays. What I need for a date sits briefly in my phone and then goes. That also means the next time I’ll ask some things again. That isn’t disinterest, that’s the result of keeping nothing.

  14. Can I take photos or videos during the date?

No. No photos, no video, no audio recordings, not even for yourself. That goes for both of us: I don’t make them either. Once an image exists, there’s a risk neither of us can undo, and that’s why this agreement is firm. What you can do is write something about it yourself afterward.

  15. Is it safe to meet, apart from my privacy?

Discretion and safety are two different things. Discretion is about whether anyone finds out; safety is about what happens during the date. For the second one: you choose the place, you only pay on the spot, and a safety call with a friend is fine right there in the same room. The full story, including STIs and legality, is on Safety.
