Hiring a gigolo?

Hiring a gigolo as a woman, an evening without shame or stigma

Hiring a gigolo?

This article first appeared on girls-things.nl, written by Merle Hebing.

Hi! Hiring a gigolo? That’s not something you just do, right? Do you feel ashamed of it? Is it even allowed? Below you’ll find more about the stigma of hiring a gigolo. Because in 2025 this really shouldn’t be strange, exciting or odd, should it? Women are equal to men. And when men hire an escort, nobody bats an eye. But the other way around? Aren’t women allowed to have an exciting night…?!

An article you might not expect to find on my blog. Victor came my way through my email. A gigolo who wanted to tell me more about his world and, on top of that, break the stigma. Because women are allowed to have an exciting night too, and to hire someone for it (or, to put it bluntly: pay for a sexual experience).

Hiring a gigolo?

Victor asked whether I’d dedicate an article to “hiring a gigolo.” And honestly… I was curious how the whole thing works too. We exchanged numbers (no, sadly not for a date, haha) but to chat about what a gigolo actually does and what the work involves. We were on the phone for more than half an hour. And honestly… I’d happily meet up with him!

We had a really lovely conversation, as if I’d known this man for years. I think that’s part of what makes him “special.” You feel completely at home with Victor. He’s easy to talk to, he listens well, and you go totally “zen” around him. This is something Victor heard often, and it’s how he rolled into the profession.

Being a gigolo is more than just having sex. It’s about building a connection with each other. Victor offers a range of services. Think of a date, a BDSM experience, dinner dates and much more. Everything tailored exactly to how you want it. He puts you at ease and does nothing you don’t want.

How does it work?

“First I’ll text with you,” Victor tells me. You don’t start with me straight away. First we break the ice over the app. That way you feel like you already know each other a little. In it we talk about your wishes, your desires and what you’re hoping to find. After that we meet up “for real.” Victor puts you at ease. “Maybe we need to take the tension off first, then let everything settle, or maybe I can build a little tension… We shape the date on the spot.”

Victor has a BDSM background and knows plenty about it, but he also works as a psychotherapist and so knows better than anyone how to treat a woman. Victor genuinely loves his work as a gigolo and wants to give women and/or couples an incredible experience. He does this alongside his work as a psychotherapist. His wife knows everything about his work and supports him in it, which I think is so beautiful to hear, so this really can go hand in hand.

For everyone

“Women, step into your power and say what you want.” “When you’re at the bakery, you say which bread you want, right?! So why not when it comes to sex. You don’t stop going to the bakery just because you don’t dare to say what you want.” Get it?! Victor has a point there, I think. Hiring a gigolo isn’t just for “pathetic, ugly and older” women. On the contrary, the women Victor meets are exactly the opposite.

I hope this article makes us all a little less awkward about hiring a gigolo as a woman. Hiring a gigolo is more reliable than “swiping around” on Tinder and hoping your date looks a bit like his profile photo and doesn’t have other crazy plans.

I really enjoyed my lovely conversation with Victor, and I hope the stigma of hiring a gigolo as a woman isn’t strange or odd any longer. And especially for all my readers, Victor might just have an exciting surprise in mind…
