Booking Consensual Non-Consent (CNC) with a gigolo: safety, trust, and pleasure

Consensual Non-Consent, or CNC, is one of the fantasies women bring up with me most hesitantly. Usually half a sentence, then silence. As if they are afraid the word “rape fantasy” or “abduction scenario” will make me flinch. It does not. I have been hearing it for twenty-five years, and by now I know how precious and how vulnerable a wish like this is.

That is the heart of it, and it often gets lost: CNC looks like erasing your limits, when it is in fact the exact opposite. Nothing ever demands as much agreement, discussion, and attention as pretending together that the agreement is not there. Someone once called it “pseudoslavery,” and oddly enough that fits rather well. It is slavery without the slavery. Fear without the danger. And that asks for a gigolo who knows what he is doing.

What CNC actually is, and what it is not

CNC is a scenario where the illusion of resistance is played out, while both people have agreed in advance on exactly what will happen. You say “no” and “stop” during the scene, and yet you said “yes” to precisely this beforehand. It sounds contradictory. It is, and that is exactly why it gives such a rush.

A few things always have to stay standing:

  • We agree in advance on what may happen and what absolutely may not.
  • We talk through what you hope to feel and what I intend to do.
  • Consent keeps applying the whole way through, again and again, even without words. It is never a single yes at the start.
  • The moment a safeword is used, everything stops. Immediately. No negotiation.

This is RACK in its purest form: Risk Aware Consensual Kink. We know the risks, we have discussed them, and we choose them together. Nothing here is left to chance.

Why trust is the foundation, not the danger

Some women think the thrill of CNC comes from unpredictability. It does not. The thrill comes from daring to surrender completely, knowing you are safe with me. That is a completely different kind of adrenaline than real danger. Real danger only makes your body shut down. Safe danger, if I can call it that, opens you up instead.

Surrender, by the way, is not weakness. I have been saying this for years to women who feel ashamed of what they want: being submissive does not make you less than me. We are equals, you simply play the role in this game that turns you on. Letting go is, looking back, often the greatest form of control there is. You decide when, with whom, and how far.

How we prepare a CNC scenario together

Before anything happens at all, we sit down. Coffee, tea, it does not matter. We talk.

Limits, words, and gestures

We take the time to separate hard limits from soft ones. A hard limit is a closed door. A soft limit is also a no, with one condition behind it that you name, and only you decide whether that condition changes. I ask about the scenario that appeals to you: an abduction, an interrogation, an intruder who “surprises” you in your own bedroom. Details help me. The more specific you are, the better I can play.

After that we choose a safeword. Something simple, something that would never fall out of your mouth by accident during the scene itself. And because talking can be hard when you are playing a role in which you have “no voice,” we also agree on a gesture. Two taps on my arm, for instance. Simple, clear, essential.

What I need to know about your body and your history

I also ask about things that are less sexy to discuss. Old injuries, medication, panic attacks, things that could be a trigger. I do not ask because I distrust you. I ask because I take you seriously. You do not build trust during the scene. You build it at the kitchen table, well before.

During the scene: I keep watching you, even when you shout “no”

The moment we begin, something shifts. I play the role we agreed on, hard maybe, forceful maybe, but under that role a part of me always stays awake. I feel for your breathing. I watch your muscles. If your breath quickens in a way that does not fit arousal, I ask somewhere in the middle of the scene, without breaking the illusion entirely, how you are doing. A nod is enough. A smile is enough.

If the safeword is used, everything stops within a second. No “just a little longer,” no discussion. That is not negotiable, and it must never become negotiable.

We also do not keep a scene going for hours. Intensity has a shelf life, for you and for me both.

Afterward: aftercare is not something you tack on

After an intense scene your body needs something, and your head needs it even more. Water, something to eat, a blanket. If a red mark has come up somewhere, I look at it. Sometimes a warm shower is exactly what your body is asking for.

But the most important part happens after that, on the couch or in bed, when we simply talk. What felt good. What you want to do differently next time. This is not required homework, it is the place where the real connection forms. Often more than during the scene itself.

Anna’s abduction scenario, as an example

I call her Anna here, though that is not her real name. For years she had dreamed of an abduction scenario in which she could resist without ever being in real danger. We discussed it in detail: which room, what time, what was and was not allowed. She chose the word “red” and two taps on my arm as an extra safeguard.

On the agreed evening I picked her up the way we had planned. Along the way I asked now and then, without breaking the illusion, how she felt. When her breathing sped up in a way that made me doubt, I looked at her. She smiled and nodded. Afterward we sat under a blanket with warm tea, and she told me, with tears that were relief more than sadness, that for the first time in years she felt completely seen.

Why surrender feels so freeing

The thrill of CNC lives in that strange, beautiful contrast: violation without harm. Your body experiences the adrenaline of resistance, while your head knows you have nothing to fear. That interplay gives many women a more intense sexual experience than they have ever had with vanilla sex.

There is something else going on too, something few people say out loud. For some women this is the only place where they are allowed to let go without being responsible for what happens. For once not the boss, for once not the planner, for once not the one arranging everything. That feeling of losing control in a completely safe setting can be hugely freeing, sometimes even a kind of emotional clear-out after a stretch of stress.

Never be ashamed of this. What you want says nothing about how “proper” or “disturbed” you are. It only says your imagination is rich and that you dare to feel.

Exploring together, at your pace

If you want to explore this with me, we build it up slowly. No expectations, no pressure to play the most extreme scenario right away. We start with a conversation and go from there, at the pace that suits you.
