What is a bodybag?
A bodybag is a sack of latex, leather, or rubber that fully encloses someone, usually with a zip running the whole length. It is a form of mummification: the whole body is restrained instead of just the wrists or the arms. In most versions the head stays outside.

What makes a bodybag different
With ordinary bondage one part is tied and the rest can compensate. Inside a bodybag nothing compensates. You can’t shift your weight, and you can’t work a shoulder loose. That is exactly what people come looking for, and it is the same reason it needs someone watching the whole time.
What to watch for
In practice: keep a pair of scissors or a knife within reach that cuts through the material, agree on a sound signal because the hands aren’t free, keep the session short, and stay in the room. Someone who is tied up is never left alone, and with a bodybag that counts double. When I use a bodybag on a BDSM date, I stay in the room the whole time and keep an eye on your temperature.
