Ballstretcher

A tool that does nothing as long as you watch it, and plenty the moment you forget.

What is a ballstretcher?

A ballstretcher is a ring or cuff placed around the scrotum above the testicles, so they are pulled permanently downward. The tool falls under CBT, the umbrella term for play with the male genitals. It works through weight and time rather than through pain.

How does a ballstretcher work?

The effect comes from weight and distance, not from squeezing. Closing a cuff above the testicles keeps the scrotum stretched, so the balls can’t pull up the way they normally do under tension. That gives a constant, heavy feeling that most wearers describe as present rather than painful.

What to watch for with a ballstretcher

The main risk with a ballstretcher is blood flow, and the trap is that it doesn’t announce itself: something that doesn’t hurt is something you forget. Anything that closes around tissue restricts circulation, and the scrotum gives less obvious signals about that than a wrist does.

The medical baseline is the same as with other CBT gear. The encyclopedia lists rupture, torsion, and avulsion of the testicle as the most serious injuries, all emergencies that need immediate medical help. Wang and colleagues describe in International Urology and Nephrology what such a rupture involves and that ultrasound is the first examination.

In practice: set a timer, check temperature and color along the way, and off right away if there’s numbness. When I use this tool on a BDSM date, I keep an eye on the clock and your blood flow myself.

Frequently asked questions

What people still ask about the ballstretcher.

  1. What is a ballstretcher?

A ballstretcher is a ring or cuff placed around the scrotum above the testicles, so they are pulled permanently downward. It works through weight and time rather than through pain.

  2. How long can a ballstretcher stay on?

Shorter than it feels, because something that doesn’t hurt is something you forget. Anything that closes around tissue restricts blood flow. Set a timer, check temperature and color, and take it off right away if there’s numbness.

  3. Who can you turn to with questions about CBT gear?

Victor, a gigolo with twenty-five years of experience in BDSM and a background as a psychotherapist. Pain play he does in consultation, from soft to hard. You can ask him a question with no obligation through the contact form or chat for free first.
