Gigolo in The Hague
Politics, diplomacy, and Scheveningen round the corner. A city where a lot of people are in the public eye. All the more reason to do this carefully.
A city where people are seen
The Hague is different from Rotterdam. Here you find people who appear on television, who hold a post with a name attached, or who work in a circle where everyone knows everyone. From the women who write to me from The Hague, the first question is often not about what I do, but about how careful I am.
Very. I work alone, so your details never pass through an agency. I keep no more than I need. I discuss you with nobody. Not friends, not other clients, never. And if we run into each other on the street, I only greet you once you greet me first.
Where we meet
The hotels in the centre and over on the Scheveningen side are used to business guests coming and going, so nothing stands out there. An apartment works fine too, as long as you feel at ease there.
When I arrive I keep it low-key. No flowers, no loud greeting at the door, no car passing by three times. Would you rather we meet in the lobby, or somewhere a good way off and then go on together? That works, and it is no trouble at all.
What we can do together
The Hague has two faces, and that is a pleasure. On one side the stately part, the Lange Voorhout, the Hofvijver, the Mauritshuis. On the other Scheveningen, with the pier and a beach where in winter you walk entirely alone. A walk along the beach in rough weather does something to a conversation that a restaurant never manages.
Or we skip the run-up. That happens at least as often, and it is no lesser beginning. Sometimes an hour of talking in a quiet room is exactly what is needed.
Who I come to The Hague for
For women with a busy, visible life and little room for themselves. For expats who are here for a while and know nobody. Women with a partner who is away a lot. Women who have just ended up on their own and do not know how to begin again, and who would rather not experiment with that on a dating app.
I have a background as a psychotherapist. That does not turn a date into therapy, but it does mean I listen well and am not shocked by anything. What is possible is set out under my services.
Practical
From Amsterdam I reach The Hague in about an hour. Travel costs depend on your exact location and you hear them beforehand. No surcharge for evenings, nights, weekends or public holidays, and booking as a couple costs nothing extra. The rest of the practical questions are answered at the frequently asked questions.
What women here ask most
Whether I work with a confidentiality agreement. I can, if that puts you at ease. In practice the discretion lives mostly in how I work. No client database, no messages kept longer than needed, no colleagues to share anything with.
Whether it matters if I run into a familiar face. I greet nobody first. If you speak to me, I am whoever you say I am. Work that out beforehand if you like, so you do not have to improvise on the spot.
Whether this is something for women who “do not need it”. That question almost always comes from women with a good life, a good job and sometimes a partner. And yes, that is exactly the group that writes to me most.
How it goes
It starts with a message. I usually reply within a day, and after that we keep talking until it feels right for you. We start calmly. A conversation first, and only then possibly more. What happens after that is entirely up to you. I do not get in touch on my own.
What I do not do
Rush you. Put on an act. Talk you into something because it is the obvious next step. Get in touch afterwards when you do not want that.
And I do not pretend this is something to be ashamed of. Paid company is as old as humanity, it is simply legal in the Netherlands, and the women who book me overwhelmingly have an ordinary life, a job and children who have to get to school.
This is how it starts
Send me a message with where you are, roughly what you are after and when you would like to. That is all you need. I usually reply within a day, and after that we go on at your pace. Texting, a call, or a calm first meeting with no obligation to take it further.
Get in touch, and we will work out how to arrange this as invisibly as possible.
Wherever you live
Shall we talk first?
Tell me briefly what you have in mind and where you are, and I will see if it fits. No obligations, no hurry, and everything you write stays between us.
