The island below Rotterdam

Gigolo in Hoeksche Waard

Polders, dikes and a handful of villages, with Rotterdam half an hour away. A calm you won't find further along.

An island with villages

The Hoeksche Waard is an island between the Hollandsch Diep, the Oude Maas and the Haringvliet. The municipality was formed in 2019 from a merger and has just over ninety thousand residents, spread across Oud-Beijerland, Puttershoek, Numansdorp, Klaaswaal, ‘s-Gravendeel and a string of smaller villages.

What marks the area is calm and space: dikes, fields, creeks and a horizon that stops nothing. And at the same time Rotterdam is half an hour away.

Why that last part matters

In villages this size, people know each other. That’s the charm of the region and at the same time the reason many women here hesitate, not about what they want, but about whether it can stay unnoticed.

So most choose to meet off the island. Rotterdam, Dordrecht or Breda are all within three quarters of an hour, and there nobody notices who walks with whom.

If you would rather stay home, I keep to your rules: parking where you want, including at the edge of the village, no flowers, no loud greeting on the doorstep, no repeated ringing. And if someone asks who I am, I stick exactly to the story you came up with.

What we can do together

The dikes along the Haringvliet, where you walk for kilometers with only wind and water. The Binnenmaas with its shores. The Oude Maas at Puttershoek. And the harbor at Numansdorp, small and quiet.

For a walk before the evening begins this area is excellent, precisely because there’s so little to see: no distraction, only space and a conversation that gets going on its own.

Who I come here for

For women who are married and haven’t been touched the way they’d want in years. Also for women who stayed in the same village after a divorce, with all the looks that come with it. For widows, in whom grief and desire run through each other. Just as much for women who live in a close church community where this isn’t talked about.

Also for couples who want to try something together. What’s possible then, you can read at my services.

How a first meeting goes

It starts in writing. I ask a few things, you ask a few things, and somewhere in that conversation you’ll know whether this feels right. Calling is fine. First a coffee on the other side of the tunnel, where no one you know goes, is fine too.

On the day itself nothing has to move quickly. We sit, we talk, and the rest follows when you’re ready. That first part runs long for almost everyone, and that’s exactly what makes the rest easier.

Once you’re home again, it stays quiet on my end.

About money

Before anything is settled you know the full amount: what we do, how long, and the travel costs for the drive across the Hollandsch Diep. What you hear beforehand is what you pay. No surcharge for the evening, the night, the weekend or a holiday, and booking as a couple costs the same.

What women often say afterward

What stays with them afterward is rarely the sex, though that comes up too. Usually it’s about something else: that someone took the time. That no phone was checked. That the question of how things really were was a real question.

And almost always the remark that the months of worrying turned out to be unnecessary.

Doubts I hear often

“Paying for company, isn’t that odd?” No. You pay for the time and attention of someone who takes this work seriously. What happens in that time is up to you and no one else.

“Aren’t I too old for this?” That has never once come up. The ages run from early twenties to well into the seventies; the group over fifty is the largest.

“And if there’s no click?” We both feel that already in the messages beforehand. Then no meeting happens, and there’s nothing bad about that.

Changing your mind is allowed

Even halfway through. Even if the date was set weeks ago and you kept an afternoon free for it. Nothing has gone wrong then, and for me it’s no problem at all.

In practice, meetings regularly go differently than planned. That can mean calmer, and it can go any direction. I have no preference in that and no stake, except that you feel good and look back on it without regret.

This is how it starts

Send me a message. Where you are and when it could happen is enough to start with.

Wherever you live

Shall we talk first?

Tell me briefly what you have in mind and where you are, and I will see if it fits. No obligations, no hurry, and everything you write stays between us.
