How sexual care works
Sexual care starts from a simple premise. According to Flekszorg, sex is an important human need, one that a physical, intellectual, or psychological disability does not make self-evident. An intermediary then brings supply and demand together. Stichting SAR, for instance, mediates between people with a physical or intellectual disability and professionals who provide intimacy and sex for payment. The care itself is done by separate professionals, not by the person’s own carer, and within clear agreements.
Why sexual care exists
The reason is access to intimacy. For the client, sexual care can break through sexual frustration and raise quality of life, precisely because it serves a need that otherwise stays unmet. For the people around them, it lifts a taboo that went unspoken for a long time. What it is not: sexual care is not a task of the person’s own care institution and not a casual favor, but arranged, paid services with consent as the floor. The full legal picture, including the personal-budget rules, is on sexual services.
Where this fits on this site
My work as a gigolo is aimed at women and couples, not at care. If your question really lies in sexual care, an organization like SAR or Flekszorg is the right address, and I’m glad to point you there. Curious what I do offer? Take a look at my services. If you have a question, feel free to ask it first. That commits you to nothing.
