Gand
Gigolo in Ghent
Water, gabled façades and seventy thousand students. Big enough not to stand out, small enough to walk everything.
A city that goes to bed late
Ghent has over seventy thousand students among a quarter of a million inhabitants, and you notice it in everything. Cafés open deep into the night, affordable restaurants, and a centre that is alive on a Tuesday evening too. For a date that is pleasant, because you never stand out here for a moment.
From Amsterdam it is about two and a half hours’ drive. A long evening is possible, a night works better.
What we can do together
The Graslei and the Korenlei in evening light, when the façades stand in the water. The Gravensteen, a real castle in the middle of the city. The Patershol with its narrow lanes and small restaurants. A boat trip on the Leie. And the Museum of Fine Arts or the SMAK when it rains.
Outside the city lies the Leie region, with the river winding through meadows and castles along the bank.
Language
Dutch. English and German work too. I speak no more than a few words of French, which is never a problem in Ghent.
Who I come here for
For women who have been married a long time and at some point stopped bringing it up. For women who, after a divorce, rediscover that touch can also come without tension. Those who lost their husband. And in Ghent, regularly students and PhD candidates, who have everything under control except this.
Couples can just as well. From being together and touch to an erotic overnight. The overview is on my services.
Where we meet
Hotels are plentiful, from small buildings on the water to the big names near Sint-Pieters. For most women that is more comfortable than home, certainly in a student building where you hear the neighbours sneeze.
Home is possible. Then we agree on how I come in, where the car stays, and what the answer is if someone asks who I am.
Practical
Two and a half hours from Amsterdam. You hear the travel costs that come with it before a date is set, and that amount does not move afterward.
No surcharge for the evening, the night or a holiday. Booking as a pair costs the same as alone.
How it goes
A message with where you are and roughly what you are looking for. Two sentences will do. Usually you have an answer within a day, and after that we keep talking until it feels right. Texting, calling, or first a coffee once, with no need for anything to come of it.
On the day itself we start slowly. Sitting. Talking. Only when you want does more come.
About money
What we do, how long it lasts and what it costs is fixed before we plan anything, travel costs included. Nothing is added afterward and no line surfaces that you had not seen coming.
I ask for a deposit only if we make several days of it, simply because then I have to book accommodation.
Doubts I often hear
“Isn’t this something for other women?” Almost everyone thinks that before they write. The women who book me are nurses, teachers, entrepreneurs. People with a mortgage and a full schedule.
“Am I not too old for this?” No, that age does not exist. The ages run from the early twenties to far into the seventies, and the group over fifty is by no means the smallest.
“And if there is no click?” You almost always notice that in the messages beforehand. Then we plan nothing, and it has cost you a few texts.
For couples
Some of my dates begin with a message from two people instead of one. Usually there is already a conversation of months underneath it, sometimes years, and the question is mainly how you go about something like this in practice without it turning awkward.
That can be all sorts of things. One watches, the other joins in. Or someone stays in the next room with a book and mainly wants to know it is happening. The condition is that you have really talked it through, not once in passing, and that either of you can stop it at any moment. There are no extra costs.
This is how it starts
Send me a message with where you are, and which week you have in mind.
Wherever you live
Shall we talk first?
Tell me briefly what you have in mind and where you are, and I will see if it fits. No obligations, no hurry, and everything you write stays between us.
