Regular client
Someone who comes back regularly, so the intake and the build-up can be shorter.
What is a regular client?
A regular client, or regular, is someone who comes back to the same sex worker regularly. Because you know each other, the intake and the build-up get shorter and the contact easier. It saves more than time: research shows that regular clients are clearly safer for the sex worker.

Why regular clients matter
Trust saves time and lowers risk. A study by McBride and colleagues in BMC Public Health (2022) found that sex workers who mostly saw pre-screened, regular clients had a lower chance of violence at work and of clients refusing a condom. In that study someone counted as a regular client when more than 75 percent of the clients over six months were returning clients. According to research by Sharon Oselin and Katie Hail-Jares, summarized by UC Riverside, regular clients also provide more economic stability and help avoid risky clients.
What a regular client is not
“A regular client is secretly a relationship.” Not necessarily. Trust grows and sometimes a real bond, but the arrangement stays what it is: paid time with clear boundaries. That the intake gets shorter changes nothing about what it is.
What I see myself
Regular clients are the backbone of my work as a gigolo. When you know each other, far less has to be explained: I know what you like and where your boundaries are, and you know what you have in me. That makes a date calmer and often deeper, because the first caution is already gone. For me it also feels safer, exactly as the research shows. And honestly: some regular clients I really do love to see coming back over the years. It stays paid time, but that makes the warmth in it no less real.
