Nudes
Sending a photo is rarely the problem. What can happen to it afterward is, and how the law protects you.
What are nudes?
Nudes are nude photos or sexually tinged images that someone takes of themselves and shares, usually by phone. Sending them is part of sexting. Whoever receives them does not own them: forwarding or publishing them without consent is a criminal offense.

Nudes, sexting, and the law
For a lot of people, sending nudes is simply part of flirting. It does not go wrong in the making, but in the sharing without consent. Since 1 July 2024 the Dutch Criminal Code covers this in article 254ba: anyone who makes public an image of a sexual nature of another person while knowing this could be harmful risks up to two years in prison or a fourth-category fine. Secretly making such an image is an offense too. Consent to receive a photo is therefore something other than consent to forward it.
Why people send nudes, and where it goes wrong
The appeal is clear: excitement, reassurance, and intimacy at a distance. With trust it brings connection and pleasure. The risk sits not in the photo but in the control you lose the moment you hit send. A nude is no guarantee the image stays where you left it, and that is what handling nudes safely is about.
Sending nudes more safely
- Keep your face and recognizable features out of frame, such as tattoos or your bedroom, so a photo cannot be traced straight back to you.
- Only send to someone you trust, and ask yourself whether you would still send the photo if the other person got angry.
- If you are the victim of forwarding or a threat, keep evidence and file a report; since article 254ba this is an offense.
What I see myself
The photo is rarely the problem. The problem is what can happen to it afterward. I’m Victor, gigolo, and I work discreetly: no names, no photos, no traces. Women ask me about this more often than you would think, usually out of fear that something is floating around somewhere. My line is simple: what we share stays ours, and as far as I’m concerned images are not part of that unless you explicitly want them to be.
Where this fits on my site
With me, discretion is the starting point, not something you have to ask for. No images or traces are left behind. How I handle privacy is on the page about what I do, and you are always welcome to share your worries first.
