Blended orgasm

Not a better orgasm, a broader one. What happens when the sensations meet.

What is a blended orgasm?

A blended orgasm is an orgasm that comes from two or more kinds of stimulation at the same time, usually clitoral and vaginal. Because the sensations meet, many women feel it as more intense and more full-body than an orgasm from a single source.

Also calleda “combo,” per the Cleveland Clinic
Categorya type of orgasm within the sexual response cycle
Most common combinationclitoral stimulation together with vaginal or G-spot stimulation
Featureoften felt as more intense and more full-body
Nota sign that other orgasms are worth less
Caveatdoesn’t happen on its own and doesn’t have to be a goal

How does a blended orgasm work?

A blended orgasm happens when more than one sensitive area is stimulated at once. According to the Cleveland Clinic, an orgasm you feel through the clitoris and the vagina at the same time can turn out more intense. That clitoral and vaginal go together so well is no accident. A 2021 systematic review in Sexual Medicine describes the sensitivity of the front wall as an interplay of clitoris, urethra, and vagina, the clitourethrovaginal complex. So the “two” sensations partly reach the same network.

Why do people want a blended orgasm?

People are after the breadth of the feeling. Where a clitoral orgasm can feel sharp and local, a blended orgasm often spreads further and lingers longer afterward. If you know penetration and clitoral stimulation only as separate things, having them coincide is a surprise worth trying.

A blended orgasm can’t be forced, and chasing it puts on exactly the kind of pressure that works against arousal. If it stays with one kind of stimulation, that’s not a lesser evening. It’s just a different orgasm.

Where this fits on my site

If you want to explore your own body without anything having to succeed, intimate togetherness is the calmest way to start. Take your time, with no goal. If you’d rather ask a question first, that’s always fine, no obligation.

Frequently asked questions

What people still ask about the blended orgasm.

  1. What is a blended orgasm?

A blended orgasm is an orgasm that comes from two or more kinds of stimulation at the same time, usually clitoral and vaginal. Many women feel it as more intense and more full-body than an orgasm from a single source. The Cleveland Clinic also calls it a combo.

  2. How do you get a blended orgasm?

A blended orgasm comes from building clitoral and vaginal stimulation at the same time, instead of one after the other. In practice that means combining gently and taking your time. It can’t be forced. If it doesn’t happen, that’s normal and says nothing about your body.

  3. Who can you turn to with questions about the blended orgasm?

Victor, a gigolo with roughly twenty-five years of experience in BDSM and a background as a psychotherapist. He doesn’t turn an orgasm into a performance and thinks along with you without pressure. You can ask him a question through the contact form or first chat for free.
