Toilet service is the umbrella term for servitude around urine and feces, from receiving to cleaning up. It is a form of submission within watersports and scat, where the submissive makes themselves available for the other person’s bodily waste. Because of the high hygiene and health risks, toilet service is a hard limit for most people.

What toilet service rests on
Two known preferences and one power dynamic. The encyclopedic description of urolagnia and that of coprophilia describe the play with urine and feces; toilet service adds the role of servitude to that, in which the submissive turns themselves into an object. Under this precise name there is no scientific literature, but the parts it is built from have been described.
Why people seek out toilet service
The appeal lies in total surrender: making yourself fully available is one of the heaviest forms of submission there is, and for some that is the whole point. For the person receiving the service, it is in noticing that the surrender is unconditional. The health side weighs heaviest here. Urine is not sterile, as Hilt and colleagues showed in the Journal of Clinical Microbiology with bacteria in 52 of 65 samples, and feces carry pathogens that, according to the World Health Organization, pass on via the fecal-oral route and via oral-anal contact. For most people this therefore stays a limit that stays shut.
