Wheel of Consent
Sensual deflowering or rediscovery of sexuality
Gradual build-up
For me, it is important to place strong emphasis on communication, respect, and mutual consent. It is essential to understand that sexual contact, especially the first time (such as deflowering, or after a negative experience), is a particularly sensitive and vulnerable moment for both partners. I use the Wheel of Consent to help ensure that you feel safe, heard, and comfortable during our date.
The Wheel of Consent (Wiel van Toestemming) is a concept developed by sexologist and educator Betty Martin. It is a model that helps to communicate more clearly about consent, boundaries, and the dynamics of interaction in sexual situations. It offers a way to consciously and respectfully handle the different roles and needs present during sexual experiences, but it can also be applied in other contexts (such as massage or touch).

The 4 quadrants of consent
The wheel is divided into four quadrants that represent different dynamics and roles in a situation of touch or interaction. It helps to understand who does what, for whom, and why.
The four quadrants of the Wheel of Consent:
Give: You do something for the other person.
Receive: You receive something from the other person.
Ask: You ask if someone will do something for you.
Allow: You allow someone to do something with you.

The importance of clear communication:
The model is designed to help people clearly express what they want, need, and are willing to do in a sexual situation or any other interaction. It ensures that both parties feel heard and that there are no misunderstandings about intentions or boundaries. This is especially true in a deflowering service or after sexual trauma.
Application in sexual (re)discovery
When people discover their sexuality (for example, through my deflowering service), the Consent Wheel can be a tool to experiment with roles, boundaries, and desires in a safe and conscious way. The model emphasizes that consent is not just a ‘yes’ or ‘no’, but a dynamic process of ongoing communication between those involved. Everyone should feel comfortable, and it must be clear to both parties who is doing what and why.
Questions: I start by asking for permission for things I want to do. For example, ‘Is it okay if I touch you?’ or ‘Would you like me to kiss you?’ This is how I gauge your wishes and boundaries.
Allowing: You can give me permission by saying, ‘Yes, I allow that’ or ‘Yes, that sounds good.’ Make sure you feel comfortable with every decision and know that you have the space to say ‘no’ without pressure.
Explore and respect the role of consent: At every stage of the process, we are constantly checking in with each other, and you always have the option to stop or pause the situation if you feel uncomfortable. This is crucial, especially when things are exciting or sensitive.
Regularly I will check in: How you are feeling. For example: ‘How are you doing? Do you want to continue?’ or ‘Are you okay? If you want to stop, we can do that.’ This prevents uncomfortable situations and ensures you always have control over what is happening.
I continuously listen to you: If you say that you don’t feel completely comfortable or that you don’t want something, I fully respect that. You might need more time or might not want to continue at that moment. This is completely normal and I will always fully respect it.
Examples in practice
Scenario 1: I ask if I may touch you (asking). You say yes (or no) and I touch you (giving). You receive pleasure from the touch (receiving).
Scenario 2: You say to me: ‘I want you to touch me’ (receiving). I ask if I may touch you (asking). You allow it (allowing).
By recognizing these four categories, people can clearly communicate their wishes and boundaries. The model promotes mutual respect and helps create a sense of safety and comfort in sexual relationships.
Receiving: I ask if you like to be touched. If you then say: ‘I want to be touched,’ you are indicating that you want to receive something from me.
Giving: When you say: ‘May I touch you?’ you are the one taking action. It is important to indicate whether you find that pleasant or not.

Exploring Intimacy: Step by Step
Ah, you are here, ready to begin this literal adventure with me by your side: our story of your discovery, a journey through your sensations and feelings, all safely guided by the Wheel of Consent – a guide where you touch and are touched with permission and pleasure.
The setting is arranged, a cozy space lit by candles casting soft shadows on the walls. The scent of sandalwood hangs in the air, and gently flowing music caresses our ears like a warm summer breeze.
Step 1: Introduction and Trust
We sit opposite each other, you and I, on a soft, plush sofa. I, in my role as guide and protector, look deeply into your eyes, searching for trust and openness.
‘Welcome,’ I begin in a gentle voice, ‘Let’s start this journey with trust. Our first step is to get to know each other, not just with words but also with the heart. Feel free to share what you wish and what your boundaries are.’
I reach out and our hands meet. My thumbs gently stroke the back of your hands, an inviting symphony of touch that says: ‘Here I am, and you are safe.’
Step 2: Consent
‘I want to begin with something important, understanding and consent,’ I continue. ‘Every step we take requires your permission. You are in charge. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please say so.’
You nod, your eyes shining with a glimpse of curiosity and trust. Your soft ‘Yes’ sounds like a promise.
Step 3: To Touch
We move closer, the moment of the first exploratory touch. My fingertips find yours, and I play with the tension of our joined hands. Slow, gentle strokes over your palms, and upward towards your wrists. I observe your body language, every subtle shift in your breathing.
‘Does this feel good to you?’ I whisper.
Your eyes close for a moment, a smile curls around your lips. ‘Yes,’ you answer softly.
Step 4: To Be Touched
Now I ask, ‘Do you want to touch me?’ It’s your turn to explore the landscape of my skin. Your fingers start at my hand, slowly sliding up along my forearm. The sensation is as if a thousand tiny sparkling stars kiss my skin.
‘Do you feel comfortable?’ I ask gently, reassuringly.
‘Yes, I do,’ you assure, your touches becoming more confident, more exploratory.
Step 5: To Serve
“I would like to do something for you, is that okay?” My voice is gentle, guiding. You agree, and I begin, my hands sliding onto your shoulders, massaging soothingly. The tension in your body seems to melt away like snow under a warm spring sun.
Every squeeze, every stroke is an ode to your comfort, a dance with your muscles. “This is for you, to enjoy, to relax,” I whisper.
Step 6: To Receive – Receiving
Now it’s your turn. “Would you like to do something for me?” you ask lovingly. You kneel down, your hands start massaging my feet, slowly and circularly. A warm sensation sprouts and spreads through my body like wine warming inside.
You laugh, enjoying my relaxation, and I feel us connect on a deeper level. The desire to give and receive becomes a symbiosis of mutual influence.
Step 7: Intimacy and Connection
Slowly, with the careful attention of a painter who wants every brushstroke perfect, we explore the boundaries of our intimacy. Our bodies move closer together, still covered by the layers that have separated us.
With mutual consent, we begin to remove those layers. Every piece of clothing we take off reveals more than just skin. It reveals trust, vulnerability, and the desire to get to know each other even more deeply.
As clothing slowly slips to the floor, you feel the air unexpectedly cold and tingling against your skin, only to be immediately followed by the warmth of my hands. My fingers are like brushstrokes on a blank canvas, each touch unfolding a trail of fire. My hands glide from your shoulders, down your spine, with calm, meditative movements that leave wakes of sensation.
With every gentle stroke and every escaping sigh, the foundations of our trust grow stronger. Your skin against mine feels like the perfect fit of two puzzle pieces that never want to separate again. The scent of your skin blends with the aroma of sandalwood, a mixture that fills the room and enchants our senses.
As we explore these intense moments of touch, calm whispers passing between us, I see your eyes close, completely surrendering yourself to the sensations and the pleasure of the moment.
I whisper reassuringly, “Your boundaries are my sacred ground, I will always respect them.”
Step 8: The Climax of Permission
The moment of ultimate union does not come abruptly but rolls towards us like the slowly rising tension before a thunderstorm. Every touch, every movement is aimed at building that tension, carrying us on a wave of mutual desire and anticipation.
Your breath comes in short, trembling sighs. My hands caress your sides, down along your hips, feeling the tension of excited muscles beneath my touch. My lips find their way to your ear, whispering lost words between soft kisses. The world seems to stand still for a moment, our surroundings compressed into the intensity of our being in this moment.
Every movement is a dialogue of desire, and when we finally fully embrace each other, it feels as if we merge. We move in a rhythm that leads us both to a crescendo, an ever-accelerating stream of pleasure in which we lose ourselves. Our breaths harmonize, our bodies find perfect synchrony, flowing upstream to that inevitable peak.
And then, at the peak moment, the world bursts open in brilliant light. It is an explosion that travels from our bodies to our souls, a miraculous climax full of intensity and indescribable joy. The waves of pleasure gradually subside, and as we both catch our breath, lying wrapped in each other, you feel a deep, existential calm.
We remain lying down, our hearts calming as the echoes of our union still seem to ripple through the room. “Thank you,” I say softly, my voice hoarse with emotion. “Thank you for taking this journey with me.”
You smile and close your eyes, your skin still warm against mine. “Thank you for being my safe haven.”
This was not just the first time having sex; it was the beginning of a deeper connection, written with tender touches, loving care, and unbreakable respect.
It is an evening full of understanding and boundaries, respect and pleasure. A journey we walked together, hand in hand, step by step.
